As well as being one of the top producing Tenant Representatives focusing on the Health & Wellness  sector, in the country. Having transacted more than 160 leases for major national brands between 2019-2022 alone, very few Brokers can match his volume, speed, and expertise. In his rare downtime, Brian enjoys travelling with his Fiance', heading up his family's racing team, he has passion for wine and cuisine and is an avid Porsche collector.

In her free time Celeste can often be found bouncing around Socal's top boutique fitness studios to stay on top of emerging trends and new concepts. 

 Since becoming a Junior Broker at a large commercial Brokerage at the age of 20, Gabrielle has spent the last 20 years working consistently in commercial real estate, while also exploring opportunities as an Entrepreneur in the boutique fitness space. Having been the Owner / Operator of a fitness business, and also having served as the Vice President of Real Estate for the world's largest Fitness Franchisor Xponential Fitness - Gabrielle has a unique set of experiences and perspectives to draw from when serving her clients. The 'Critical Path' of a Franchisee is her specialty and puts her in a unique position to facilitate their store development journey.
